Surveys include the Senior Survey, Alumni Survey, Graduate Teaching Assistant Communication Survey, and National Survey of Student Engagement; Used variety of technology, including Qualtrics and Student Information Systems, and PowerBI to gather and disseminate information; Collaborated with public relations and communications and marketing to advertise for university-wide surveys.
Review and file paperwork for program-level accreditation
Updated office-level data regarding progress in accreditation achievement, including comments and general review.
Collaborate with faculty across the university regarding program improvement
Reviewed all documentation surrounding annual reports of assessment of student learning; Met with assessment coordinators of each program to implement best practices, better use of surveys, and program-wide automated data collection; Met with programs to discuss implementation of PowerBI into the reporting of data.
Partner with Director of Assessment and Assistant Director of Data Analytics
Reviewed Diversity practices and assessment among all university programs to create a University Report on Diversity.
Oversee student workers in Office of Assessment
Trained and collaborated with two student workers and one practicum student; Delegated responsibility of data disaggregation and reporting of survey results, where student reported data on public PowerBI dashboards; Encouraged creativity through the use of social media posts, website updating, and video creation/editing.
